Academy of European Law (ERA)
The Academy of European Law (ERA) promotes the awareness, understanding and good practice of EU law by providing legal professionals with training and a forum for debate.
Through conferences, seminars, study visits, language courses, training projects and publications, it serves as an interface between the European legal profession and the decision-making centres of Brussels, Luxembourg and Strasbourg.
European Real Estate Society (ERES)
The European Real Estate Society (ERES) was established in 1994 to create a structured and permanent network between real estate academics and professionals across Europe.
ERES is dedicated to promoting and advancing the field of real estate research throughout Europe. Incorporating many national property research societies, academic researchers and real estate practitioners, our annual conference and regular publications provide a forum for information flow and debate on research issues.
ERES is a non-profit organisation affiliated with the International Real Estate Society, an organisation giving us an even wider contact base in real estate.
Leonardo da Vinci
The Leonardo da Vinci Community vocational training action programme, introduced in 1994, is in its second phase, which will run from 1 January 2000 to 31 December 2006.

IPD services outside the British Isles are run in conjunction with partner organisations in each country. These arrangements are developed flexibly with local needs and conditions, sometimes through an existing professional or trade association, in other cases through joint-venture or subsidiary companie.
Investment Property Forum (IPF)
Set up in 1988, the Investment Property Forum (IPF) is now recognised as one of the leading specialist property industry bodies in the UK.
The IPF's mission is to improve the awareness, understanding and efficiency of property as an investment for members and others in the wider business community by:
* Undertaking research and special projects;
* Providing education; and
* Encouraging discussion and debate.
The strength of the organisation lies in its diversity of members of over 1450, which includes investment agents, fund managers, bankers, lawyers, researchers, academics, actuaries and other related professionals. It operates in London, Scotland, the Midlands and the North West.

Real Estate Management Institute (REMI)
The Real Estate Management Institute (REMI) at the European Business School (EBS) is one of Germany's leading providers of property related education, executive education, research and consulting.
Real Estate Education
KIINKO - Real Estate Education, founded in 1989, offers specialist postgraduate education and training for asset, property and facilities management professionals in Finland.
KIINKO - Real Estate Education co-operates with all the leading Finnish universities and polytechnics to ensure interaction with state-of-the-art academic research and educational methods.
