The Board of Directors

At the General Assembly gathered in Windsor on May 7, 2011, the members re-elected to the Board for a three year term, the following member associations:

* ASOCIATIA NATIONALA A EVALUATORILOR DIN ROMANIA (ANEVAR) - National Association of Romanian Valuers

* ASOCIACIÓN PROFESIONAL DE SOCIEDADES DE VALORACIÓN (ATASA) - Professional Association of Valuation Companies of Spain

* INSTITUTE OF REVENUES RATING AND VALUATION (IRRV)

* POLSKA FEDERACJA STOWARZYSZEN RZECZOZNAWCÓW MAJATKOWYCH (PFSRM) - The Polish Federation of Valuers' Associations (PFVA)

* ΣΩΜΑ ΟΡΚΩΤΩΝ ΕΚΤΙΜΗΤΩΝ (ΣOE) - Body of Sworn-In Valuers of Greece (SOE)

* VERBAND DEUTSCHER PFANDBRIEFBANKEN e.V. (vdp) - Association of German Pfandbrief Banks

and elected to the Board for a three year term, the following member associations:

The General Assembly re-elected by unanimity as Chairman of the Board of TEGoVA the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV), represented by Roger Messenger, for a term of three years.
