Business Objectives

The business objectives of the HypZert GmbH are:

* Support and preservation of high quality and professionalism in the area of market and mortgage valuation as well as chances and risk analysis of property

* Documentation of the assessment competence of the real estate valuers active for the financial management in public

* Support of the independence of the mortgage lending value

* European-wide recognition of the certification activities of the HypZert GmbH

For the reaching of our aims we have undertaken the following measures:

* Certification possibilities for real estate valuers according to the requirements of the world norm ISO/IEC 17024

* Accreditation of the certification areas by national and international companies

* Construction and care of a comprehensive national and international network within the real estate assessment
