EBVS 2020 Translations
The Member Associations authorised by TEGOVA to proceed with the translation the 1st edition of the European Business Valuation Standards ‘EBVS 2020’, acknolwleged and agreed that:
- In the event of discrepancy between language versions, the original English version of the book prevails and this must be clearly mentioned in the translated version;
- TEGOVA shall bear no responsibility whatsoever regarding the translation, and we shall indemnify TEGOVA for any claims, costs or damages arising out of or related to the translation;
- All intellectual property rights related to the TEGOVA logos and trademarks remain with TEGOVA.
